Problems and challenges

What problems really are? What is good and what is bad? Every one of us face challenges and problems in our everyday life. They have become part and parcel of our life indeed. Are we dealing with them in a right manner? The first reaction we give to the problems is resistance. We resist. We label it as something wrong and some mishap. We even milk the problem to the entire day and call it "A bad day". Is it so?

Problems are one huge area of opportunity for growth. I consider them gifts in disguise. Problems are just showing us exactly where we need to grow next in personal and professional life.  But most of us do not see it that way. For example, I enjoy my weekends for myself. But last week, I had to work. I initially cribbed at how I don't have time for myself and things like this happen all the time. But after a while, I decided to give it a go. Usually, I either get done my office work or my personal kinds of stuff and never both. This time I decided to do both and give it a go. The end result was, I got done both in the same hours. I was surprised. When we are faced with challenges all we need is a new perspective.

"Problems are the gifts that make us dig out and figure out who we are, what we're made for, and what we're responsible to give back to life." — Tony Robbins.
