Most of the things we worry about doesn't happen

How many of us are afraid of what is going to come? Almost everyone. We all are constantly in the future worrying about the next semester, perfect job, or to put it simply, we all are worried about what tomorrow brings. We have a mental picture of how things should happen and how the day should unfold. When it doesn't suit our mental picture, we resist. We fight and crib and brag and do everything to push the event or moment. But why do we resist? Because we think that life doesn't know what is best for us. Life unfolds a quite different degree from what we hold inside our head and people decide for themselves that life is no good. Mind with it’s limitations and narrow perspective cannot fathom the unknown. Who created the world and how we came into being is beyond the scope of humanity. And we all do believe in a supreme force much deeper and more powerful than all of us combined. So when the creator makes us go through something, it is for our own good. Everything that happens to us is perfect from the eyes of the creator. It is us who labels the life situations as good, bad, great, terrible and beautiful, so on.

Life is meant to be beautiful. I firmly believe that our creator did not make us for the purpose of suffering. We are meant for a far higher purpose. Believe in the creator a little more. When life becomes a challenge or continuous hardship, ask yourself this question, “What am I resisting”?. Believe in the Universe a little more, and more and more until your faith is not shaken by the trivial life events. Have this strong faith that the Universe takes care of us all the time. Trust in the Universe so much that you don’t give a darn about what happens.

Widen your perspective beyond the limits of the thinking mind. Listen to your heart. Even though life is challenging sometimes, the heart would whisper, all is going well. But it becomes feeble with the mind shouting loud. Calm your mind and listen to the heart. Mind might tell you a million reasons why you should worry, but the heart would tell you one reason that all is going well. Ignore your mind and listen to your heart.

Most of the things we worry about don't happen. We all can surely remember that many times in life we worried about life happening like an upcoming test, or exams, or family issues, but in the end things sorted out in a good way. So all those worries were totally pointless.

The day you stop worrying will be the first day of your new life; anxiety takes you in circles, trust in yourself and become free.

There is nothing wrong in figuring out what to do about a life situation, planning your life in advance. But worrying about how things will unfold, pointless mental scenarios on how things may go wrong, imagining every possible worst scenario and finally crippling in anxiety. This kind of approach to any problems leaves us paralyzed. We cannot think properly when we keep on worrying about anything. Have blind faith in the Universe. Let go of the worry and other useless fears. Think clearly and tackle any problems. Even if this kind of approach doesn't solve any of your problems immediately, at least it brings your peace.

Remember! All is well. Anything is possible with the creator side by side. The Universe will not let us suffer. Start thinking in a different way. Widen your perspective. Observe your thoughts and problems from a third person perspective. Ask yourself, what can I learn from this?, and go on from this point. Take one step at a time. Clarity of mind is possible only when you are free of worry and fear.
